Hey guys! Faded here giving my open predictions on the games REMEMBER THESE ARE BO3, AND SAFER THAN YESTERDAY!
If you followed my predictions for the group stages i got 4/4 correct! Im now giving my analysis over the semi finals to hopefully win you guys some skins! GL
P.s. The fnaticvNiP bet was put up with not much time, i didnt have much time to analyse each player, but i gathered enough to predict gl!
Fnatic v C9
fnatic: JW, KRiMZ, pronax, flusha, olofm
NiP: f0rest, GeT_RiGhT, Xizt, Maikelele, friberg
Fnatic have been unpredictable recently, with a loss vs LDLC where they shew not much composure as a team, but the same can be said with NiP, as they lost to Cloud9. Fnatic need to maintain their composure, but with it being a BO3 format this is heavily favouring Fnatic, as Fnatic have shown they can be the best in the game at some points. For a long time now fnatic have been the best in Sweden, NiP have made changes to their team and showed us what they can do, but i dont think as of yet NiP are capable of taking down fnatic. A key player for NiP is GeT_RiGhT, if he can show up, then NiP can certainly prove a battle, but although NiP have played well in the past games, fnatic seem stronger, therefor im placing my bet on Fnatic but this is a high risk as NiP are capable of taking a map, and even creating a closes game.
Fnatic - Very High Risk, (Nip will put up a fight!)
My Bet - Medium/Low bet on Fnatic (Risky bet, but fnatic should win)
LDLCvDIGNITAS
LDLC: shox, NBK, SmithZz, Happy, kioShiMa
Dignitas: cajunb, device, Xyp9x, karrigan, dupreeh
LDLC showed their skill, the manage to beat Liquid 16-6, and Fnatic 16-9 earlier in the tournament. LDLC have had a great finish to the group stages and will be able to take lots of momentum going into this semi final, a key reason to LDLC's success was shox managed to step up and perform at the high standard. Dignitas have been the only top tier team to not have an upset so far in the tourney with a really close game vs NiP, and 2 really satisfying wins over Kabum, and C9. As for maps, LDLC have many stronger maps compared to Dignitas, but if Dignitas canplay at the high standard they have a chance at taking 1 map. Overall, becuase of the BO3 format, and how convincing LDLC have looked towards the end of the Group stages
With LDLC coming of a nice win v C9, and a really strong win vs Fnatic earlier. Im calling LDLC to take this, with the current odds there wont be much profit, but some is better than none, im betting High-Medium on LDLC, although LDLC are the stronger team, dont count out Dignitas taking 1 map.
